FAQ
Questions about VirtuAdmin
Which sports is VirtuAdmin for?
It was born in volleyball clubs, so it has sets, jersey numbers, leagues and rankings. Members, groups, training, fees and medical checks work the same for any club, and competitions are adapted to the sport.
Does the club get a website too?
Yes. The public website has news, a photo and video gallery, groups and training schedules, coaches, competitions, live matches and contact details. Everything is edited from the same admin.
How do parents get and pay invoices?
The membership invoice arrives by email with an NBS IPS QR code and is paid by scanning it in mobile banking. Parents also see it in the app. The admin sees whether the email was delivered and who owes what.
Is children’s data safe?
Every club has its own database. A parent sees only their own child, member photos are not public, and every change stays in the system log. A member can request account deletion from the app.
